Lead time
Ready to ship – Rugs in stock ship within 2 business days.
Made to order rugs require time – Current production lead time is 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scale and complexity.
Structure and materials
The warp and weft form a mathematical grid. One cannot exist without the other. The warp provides order, the weft provides form. Together, they record time, effort, and precision in each rug.
Care and instruction
Our rugs are woven from natural fibres and made to withstand the test of time, without the use of synthetic materials. With proper care, your rug will age beautifully and develop character over time.
Vacuum gently – Blot spills immediately – Do not rub – Use cold water and clear vinegar to refresh the wool’s shine, texture, and color – Do not machine wash – Professional cleaning recommended – Avoid prolonged sunlight and moisture.
