Mono
— collection
A single color, cut with white. The mixed wool shifts the tone and — more importantly — makes the surface texture readable from across a room. There is no pattern here in the conventional sense. The design is the material: the way the fibers lie, the way the weave structure emerges from the surface, the way the color changes with the angle of the light.
Woven with a thicker warp thread at a lower density, the structure is legible at the surface — a double-scale texture that would be impossible to achieve with a standard weaving setup. The border is finished with a special textured treatment and a closing embroidered row. Both faces are complete.
Monochromatic palette — one color mixed with white wool. Clean border on all four sides. Both faces are finished identically and are equally usable. Switch periodically to protect from sun exposure.
